San Luis Obispo County health officials have added 79 new cases of COVID-19, for a new total of 5,400. 4,608 people have fully recovered. Santa Barbara County also added 91 new cases of the coronavirus, bringing its total to 10,702 confirmed cases. 10,268 people have recovered. And signs have been popping up on the Central Coast, reminding everyone of the new California mask mandate. Wearing a mask in public will now be a policy whether indoors or outdoors.
