A former Atascadero Fine Arts Academy instructor will be facing fewer felonies when he finally gets to court. 51-year-old Chris Berdoll was arrested in 2018 and accused of secretly filming girls in his sixth-grade class and using the footage to make child porn. According to the Tribune, He was facing 44 felony charges related to the case, but the judge in the case essentially dismissed 19 of the 20 felony child pornography charges. A new court date has yet to be scheduled.
