A Santa Maria Police narcotics investigation landed a felon back behind bars. According to Santa Maria P.D., their Special Enforcement Team was conducting a narcotics investigation at a motel on South Broadway Friday night. That’s when they found 41-year-old Jesus Tobias in possession of meth, a reportedly stolen AR 15 style rifle and several rounds of ammunition.
