The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office is considering releasing some jail inmates early following a flu outbreak at the facility and the growing number of confirmed cases of coronavirus across the county. The announcement came on Monday. Any early release of inmates will be considered on a case-by-case basis. According to the Tribune, no inmates have been released yet.
