An 81-year-old man has filed suit against the San Luis Obispo Regional Airport and the county, claiming he was knocked off his bike by jet blast from a departing plane. Ross Pepper claims he was one of a group of eight riders that were passing the airport on 227 in June of last year. The suit seeks unspecified damages, including court and attorney fees. County officials say they have not yet been served but are aware of the suit.
