Santa Maria Police are asking for your help in locating a missing man who is considered to be at risk. 43-year-old Catarino Cortes-Mendoza was last seen early yesterday morning. Family members say they haven’t seen or heard from him since. Investigators say there is currently no indication where he may have gone. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, an orange hat and blue jeans. He may be driving a red 1999 Nissan Frontier with a California License 5X71456.
