San Luis Obispo County Health officials are warning businesses about the possibility of moving back into a more restrictive tier, thanks to a rise in COVID-19 cases. Businesses including restaurants, gyms and fitness centers, and museums would again return to outdoor operation, but personal care services would remain indoors, with modifications. County Public Health Officer Dr. Penny Borenstein recommends businesses start preparing.
