Riders In the sky With over 30 years and 5,400 performances under their collective cowboy belt, Riders In The Sky’s fun-filled performances continue to enchant audiences of all ages. This multi Grammy Award winning Western group plays music that is firmly grounded in the rich American music traditions of legendary cowboy singers such as Gene Autry, Roy Rogers, and the Sons of the Pioneers. Without a doubt, the Riders – Ranger Doug, Woody Paul, Too Slim, and Joey – have single-handedly revived and revitalized an entire music genre since they formed in 1977. While remaining true to the integrity of Western music, they have become modern-day icons by branding the genre with their own legendary wacky humor and way-out Western wit, while always encouraging buckaroos and buckarettes to live life "The Cowboy Way!"
