Now that San Luis Obispo County is in the Red Tier of California’s coronavirus response plan, many businesses are able to resume limited indoor activities. According to the Tribune, that includes fitness centers and gyms can operate at 10 percent indoor capacity. Restaurants, zoos, and aquariums can also reopen at 25 percent capacity.
