As Santa Barbara County moves closer to state-mandated COVID-19 metrics, several businesses are making preparations to reopen, including the Santa Maria Town Center Mall Movie Theater. According to KSBY, The Regal Edwards Theater could reopen next week if Santa Barbara county’s Coronavirus transmission rate stays low enough for the state reopening plan. If the theater is approved to reopen, the first show will be Tuesday night.
