A Santa Maria man who had plans to meet a teenage girl will be spending time in jail. 27-year-old Kent Feliciano was charged with a felony count of arranging to meet a minor for lewd purposes. In a plea deal, he pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and was sentenced to 180 days in San Luis Obispo County Jail plus three years of supervised probation. The 15-year-old Feliciano planned to meet was actually an Arroyo Grande police officer.
