Unemployment in California Reaches Over 1 Million

The economic impact of coronavirus is beginning to show itself. According to ABC’s Alex Stone Governor Gavin Newsom says in the past week and a half over a million Californians have already applied for unemployment insurance. Newsom says he has secured a deal with many banks and credit unions to offer 90 days of mortgage relief for impacted Californians.
