The drought is making a come back in California. After several strong years of rain and snow, things are beginning to look not so great for California. With a nearly rainless December through February close to half the state is now in the category of abnormally dry or at a moderate drought level. The U-S Drought Monitor showing drought conditions back in California. A few years ago things got so bad residents were fined for watering their lawns on certain days or using too much water inside their homes. All but the northwestern tip of San Luis Obispo County is abnormally dry. that’s also the case for Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Los Angeles counties.
