F.B.I. Investigators Getting Help From National Media

Federal investigators are getting some help from the media. More Americans are contacting the FBI about possible mass shootings, after August shootings in the U.S., took 34 lives in California, Ohio, and Texas. The FBI says tips are up about 15-thousand weekly. Experts say media coverage is also making a difference, helping the general public be more aware of warning signs, and more likely to tip off police about friends, relatives or colleagues who might be in an emotional crisis or pose a danger to the public.
